The Sales account manager / account executive has to be able to thrive under pressure, must be naturally confident and outgoing with excellent people skills. The successful candidate will take over key client accounts and the responsibilities will include: New business development Day to day contact with clients to manage current creative projects To ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget Building relationships with clients to identify potential to organically grow the business Work closely with the team on new business Prepare proposals, quotations and pitches; and to advise on timescales Prepare reports, debriefs and analysis for clients and senior management on completed projects To put forward new ideas on project management, processes and to keep up to date with the latest concepts and technology The successful candidate will have previous work experience in a similar sales role and possess a real understanding of marketing and branding. An in depth knowledge of both print and digital media is essential. The role needs an organised and methodical approach, with the successful candidate being able to manage their own workload and at the same time using their excellent communication and persuasive skills to ensure that everyone involved in the project delivers their part on time.
